Palletways Member International Forwarding Limited Accelerates Growth with Major Fleet Investment

International Forwarding Limited showcases new fleet additions

International Forwarding Limited (IFL), a Birmingham-based warehousing, freight and logistics provider and a valued member of our Palletways UK network, has made a major investment in expanding its fleet.

Over the past six months, the company has added nine new vehicles to its roster, along with a number of new trailers, strengthening its operational capabilities to support continued growth. The new additions build on IFL’s existing fleet, increasing capacity and ensuring the firm maintains high service levels as it responds to rising customer demand. They will also support reliability and consistency as IFL continues to upgrade and modernise its fleet.

Andy Grubb, Sales Director for IFL, said:

“With more wheels on the road, we’re shifting gears on efficiency and performance to deliver on today’s demand while seizing the growth and opportunities that lie ahead. A strong fleet is the bedrock of any logistics business, and this investment strengthens our services while ensuring we can meet – and far exceed – the standards our customers have come to expect as we continue to go from strength to strength.”

The new fleet additions include a selection of 18-tonne, 12.5-tonne, and 26-tonne vehicles, as well as three Volvo FH Aeros, which won the independent Green Truck Award in 2025 for most fuel-efficient long-haul truck.

Andy added:

“The Volvo FH Aeros, in particular, have been central to our recent investment, not only reducing costs but also supporting our wider ambition to lower emissions and operate more sustainably.”

Warwick Trimble, Network Director for Palletways UK, commented:

“IFL has been recognised as one of our Platinum members, and it’s not hard to see why. As their ambition and customer demand continue to grow at pace, having the fleet to match is critical. We’re delighted to see a member making such a strong investment in their operations, benefiting both their customers and the wider Palletways network.”
