A Major Step Forward: Our New Headquarters
A transformative development was the announcement of our plans to relocate the national headquarters and core operations to a new, purpose-built 640,000 sq ft facility at Fradley Park in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Developed in partnership with Prologis, this Build-to-Suit site marks a major investment in our operational capability and will support long-term growth while reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
Celebrating Success in Valencia
We had a great time hosting top-performing members from across Europe in Valencia for the European Platinum Club Awards. This event celebrated excellence and collaboration across all six Palletways networks and recognised members who delivered exceptional results throughout the year.

In addition to operational achievements, we were honoured with the Logistics & Transport Award at the 2025 Beacon Awards by Lichfield District Council. This recognition reflects the hard work of our teams and members across the network and the positive impact we continue to make in our industry.
Empowering Members Through Palletopia Workshops
Our commitment to member success continued with a series of Palletopia commercial workshops. These sessions were designed to help members elevate their sales strategies, improve customer retention, and get the most out of the commercial toolbox available within the Palletways Portal. By sharing best practice and offering practical guidance, we’ve helped strengthen commercial performance across the network.
Introducing the XL Pallet
2025 also marked the launch of the XL Pallet, expanding options for transporting larger goods. With dimensions of 1.6m x 1.2m x 2.2m, the XL Pallet is ideal for items that cannot fit on standard or half pallets. It enables customers to send oversized freight without compromising on handling integrity or transit speed, enhancing flexibility while maintaining the high service levels Palletways is known for.
Expanding Our European Coverage
Our network grew even stronger this year with the expansion of services into Croatia and Slovenia, bringing our total country coverage to 25. This expansion enhances connectivity, supports our members, and ensures even more businesses can benefit from efficient, reliable palletised freight services across Europe.

We were also proud to exhibit at the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo, where we had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, meet new customers, and highlight the innovations and operational advantages that set Palletways apart.
