All of whom are dedicated on a daily basis to ensuring our network runs efficiently and customers receive the very best possible pallet collection and delivery experience.

Network Team

Our network team is made up of experienced general managers and analysts who are constantly keeping their fingers on the pulse of the network to ensure it remains healthy. They work in dedicated regions, ensuring the network is balanced and all areas are covered to facilitate the smooth flow of freight through the entire network, giving you confidence in your shipment.

Service Excellence Team

This team works closely with our member depots to ensure these depots are running optimally from an operations point of view.  From onboarding new members, rectifying any depot service issues, to driving member performance this team is the cornerstone of Palletways’ unrivalled service excellence and customer satisfaction ratings.

Customer Service

Throughout the network there are dedicated customer service teams, whether they be centrally, or member based, to ensure customers are kept informed and any delays are communicated and rectified as soon as possible. These teams work to strict KPIs that ensure customers do not have to wait to get answers, giving you peace of mind.
