Palletways Night Hub Operations are seeking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to join their team based at Fradley.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor the role incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring that all targets and deadlines are met, and all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and given timescales and deadlines. They will work within, and in support of, the business goals and cultural values, always maintaining a professional image, supporting their teams, departments, and colleagues.   

A valid, in-date, counterbalance license is required and prior, relevant experience in a similar warehouse environment is desirable. It is a fast-moving workplace where safety, accuracy and speed are all paramount.

Working hours will be 21:00–05:00, Monday night to Saturday morning, working on a “job & finish” basis meaning finish time could be earlier but you will still be paid for the full shift.
