DP World Palletways Group Ltd and subsidiaries Tax Strategy for the period ending 31 December 2024
As defined in Schedule 19 to the Finance Act 2016 (“the Schedule”), a UK sub-group headed by DP
World Palletways Group Ltd exists within the qualifying foreign group headed by DP World Limited.
The members of this UK sub-group are:
• DP World Palletways Group Ltd
• Palletways Group Limited
• Palletways (UK) Limited
The qualifying foreign group headed by DP World Limited publishes a group tax strategy on behalf of
all its UK sub-groups, including the one headed by DP World Palletways Group Ltd.
Therefore, in accordance with Paragraph 19(2) of the Schedule, the tax strategy for the UK subgroup headed by DP World Palletways Group Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2024 was published in December 2024 and can be found at the following location:
