As you would expect, this process is robust and transparent, and carried out under strict rules of confidentiality for both parties. Our process, extensively developed over many years, has resulted in the strongest and most stable network in the industry.
Memberships are re-evaluated every 10 years, but many of our Network Members have been with for more than 20 and in that time have expanded their geographic coverage area.
Our process includes:
- Financial and company checks, with confidentiality agreement
- Territory definition, cash flow modelling, evidencing the revenue and profit potential
- Draft contracts and review
- Palletways site visits – viewing our night operations
- Operational and IT surveys
- Commercial development and contract review
- Agree commencement date, sign contract
- Member goes live – implement New Member Support Programme
