Request a pick up before 12.00 and  Palletways Birmingha collects your freight that afternoon and transports it to the local collection depot that evening.*

The goods are then moved to Palletways hub. Freight are scanned so you can track your consignment by using our Track & Trace system.

When the freight arrives at the hub it is sorted by destination postcode.

It is then transported to one of the international hubs of the destination country.

On arrival the freight is sorted by destination postcode and dispatched to the local Palletways Member who will deliver it to your customer.
