Services to the United Kingdom and to the Republic of Ireland are provided by Palletways (UK) Ltd. and its network made of more than 100 Members.

Members of the Palletways UK network collect goods from their local catchment areas and distribute them to one of three hub operations in Lichfield, Edinburgh or Greenford. At the hub, the freight is processed, and using sophisticated information technology, is sorted into designated delivery areas according to the final destination for the product. The goods for delivery are then assigned to Palletways members in the network, who cover the locations of the end customers.
