Who are we?
The Corporate Sales function within Palletways provides a “natural home” for any customer that has the pallet volume & requirement to inject directly to one of our Hub locations (either using its own transport resources or those of the Corporate Sales team).
Our typical customers include the majority of the major Third Party Logistics companies in the UK and other parts of Europe together with a range of blue-chip manufacturers, retailers and UK Government departments – all of which have regular, high pallet volume and very high proactive Customer Service expectations.
A total of 25 staff - from Sales Director to Account Handlers - provide highly focussed Account Management which means that you can be confident that you will receive the very highest levels of service possible.
What do we do?
The Corporate Sales Team evaluates your sales order process and distribution profile in the UK & other parts of Europe in order to determine the most appropriate mechanism to warehouse, process (see Logistics Services) and transport your goods in the most cost-effective way. We will challenge the “status quo”!
Our solutions include:
- Improving the efficiency & effectiveness of parts of your supply chain.
- Automated data transfer (to and from our customer systems) and routing label production.
- Daily exception reporting, where necessary.
- Pro-active management of any variations from the expected delivery plan.
- Detailed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) suite of information.
- Monthly review meetings.
- Dedicated account management.
- Single point of contact via designated account handler for all day to day queries
